A full media player
This is mainly a bug fix release but there are certainly many new things to look at. The most notable change is that the Commercial and the Multidomain licenses now allow you to use the player in an unlimited amount of subdomains. For example mydomain.org, images.mydomain.org and video.mydomain.org can all use the same license key. The old key works and before but now there is a separate key to handle the subdomains. You can get it from your account.
We have a new streaming plugin called "audio" which let's you stream MP3 audio using Flowplayer. This plugin was a highly requested feature in our forums. You can find it's documentation here.
Lots of bugs have been fixed. A list of fixes can be found from version history.
Lot's of new demos
We have found that by providing good demos people will realize the true potential of Flowplayer. There are lot's of them already but it still only scratches the surface of what can be done. The new demos include:
