Having troubles with your installation? Please look at this demo first.

Avoid common problems

In most of the cases, your problem may be solved if you go through these steps:

  1. Verify that you are not receiving any JavaScript errors. The best tool for finding errors is Firebug for Firefox.
  2. Verify that the flowplayer.js script and any other required scripts are included and their paths have been specified correctly.
  3. Verify that flowplayer.swf exists and its path is correct. The same applies for any plugins you are using.
  4. Check with your browser that the video file can be found on your Web server.
