Logo still remians even after updating with the valid key.

Posted: Sep 7, 2009

We have purchased a single domain license(say domain.com).
Even after updating the code with the license, it is still showing the logo in it. Note: The domain is not owned by us. We are developing a site for them. Also the site is accessible only via the url:http://subdomain.domain.com & nothttp://domain.com (it points to some other site).

Or do the key be activated by the site owner?

One more question: If I can use #$xax5x1xcxax5x4xfxfx for *.domain.com, what is the purpose of $xax5x1xcxax5x4xfxfx ?

thanks in advance..

The domain key logic works and logo will be removed if you follow the instuctions here:

http://flowplayer.org/demos/commercial/index.html

If you still cannot get things working after going trough the troubleshooting section of above demo please post us the live URL to the support channel.

The key without the support for subdomains is propably not needed. It is for people who only use one subdomain.
