Paid for commercial license - one flowplayer logo gone. A new one won"t go away

Posted: Sep 7, 2009

I am using RapidWeaver. In the free version there were two FlowPlayer logos in opposite corners. After purchasing a commercial license and entering the key, the two logos went away only to be replaced by a larger FlowPlayer logo on the bottom left. It does go away after 10 seconds or so but I don't want to see it at all.

Love the player, but am surprised that I'm having this glitch. Since I use rapidweaver it doesn't seem like I could be doing something wrong, but there is always that possibility.

I'm not a Flowplayer dev, but this is a new one on me.

The only logo I've ever seen on the commercial version is on the lower left, and it remains there throughout play unless you've entered your license key. Then, it never appears.

On the free player, the logo disappears after 1 (one) second.

Flowplayer is available as bundled software to third party companies, and those versions are different than the one sold through this site. If that's the case with RapidWeaver you'll need to contact them.

That makes sense. I've contacted them and expect they'll get back with me soon.

Thanks,
