URGENT programmer for flow with openX video adds required ASAP $$$

We need a programmer capable of setting up Flow player with openX video adds hosted on our server. DEADLINE IS 05 october

we use flowplayer to stream from CDNetworks CDN provider.
we use OpenX server on our site to manage adds via OpenX 2.8.2 with video add serving
we use dynamic bandwith checking to choose from one of 3 streams quality 300-700-1500 Kpbs
we use CDN http get request to fetch archive video from our server.

WE NEED SOMEONE EXPERIENCED WITH FLOW AND OPENX TO CONFIGURE THE SETUP ASAP
