video overlay won't play, only sound Created Feb 9, 2010

Hi,
I'm trying to setup a video overlay.
The demo works fine, but when i change to my video locally it won't play.
When i upload to a server the sound plays but not the video.

I've tried changing the path but nothing seems to work

This is the demo link to the external video

What am i doing wrong. It seems bizarre that i can hear sound but no video so to me the path is correct.
