Integrate Flowplayer.org with AS2 News Reader Component

Hi

we are trying to integrate flowplayer.org with a news reader component written in AS2, since flowplayer is written in AS3, is there any way to integrate it into the below component using jquery as an overlay component , please let me know if this is possible

a little bit more explanation what we are trying to achive is when a user whats to watch a video of that related article he click on the image and text so that related video gets played using flowplayer
