I am trying to play FlowPlayer in my iphone. I see all the controls in my iphone but it is not working. Youtube in iphone works because of different file formats?

The iPhone is not presently capable of running Flash so therefore Flowplayer would not work on it. The iPhone does have a built in video player which is what YouTube connects to in order to play it's own videos.
You can encode a video as a H.264 MPEG-4 file, and put a link to it on your website. The internal iPhone video player will load and play it correctly.

Flash video works great on iPhone through a safari plugin you can get for freestyle athttp://imobilecinema.com
Just install the plugin and most flash players on video sites like youtube, vimeo, blip, veoh etc. Will work perfectly.
It would be great if the devs from flowplayer could get in touch with guy that makes the plugin, so that they can add support for flowplayer on iPhone.
