When no start or duration values are set the video plays correctly, but when they are set no video is played but the audio track still works. The start and duration values are valid for the length of the video and it happens with any start value greater than 0.

This problem was due to the encoding of a h264 video in the old flv container, which flash poorly supports when streaming and not due to a flowplayer issue.
