I can't test this because your site requires Microsoft silverlight, so it would be good to post a link to a, preferably minimal, sample page that demonstrates the problem.

Blind guessing is there's some mistake in your flowplayer code or an encoding issue with your videos, because Flash is quite tolerant wrt what kind of mp4 files it plays. Usually it's the other way round and mobile devices are much more restrictive.

h264 clips need to be basline 3 for iphone that work in flash also. the flash wont work on an iphone anyway.

How much testing did you do? I mean, it is for sure a code issue and not an issue with the browser or something?

You're application code needs to detect the browser "user-agent" headers, it's easy to identify a Cell phone from this, in this case instead of rendering Flowplayer you render a link directed to the .mp4 file, or streaming service.

This allows you to enjoy using flowplayer and continue to support mobile media which for stupid reasons will not support flash.

Android however is supposed to support flash, any confirmation on this would be appreciated.

There's also flashembed.isSupported() from flowplayer.js to check whether the required Flash version is available. If not one can create fallbacks, e.g. html5 video.

You are missing some codec, what filetype? AVI? MPG? are you playing?
