Seems to me the GPL license covers this use, as long as you observe the terms of the license (include the license itself on your DVD, and at the least offer to provide the source/binaries as you received them via some reasonable means, including a link on your Web page or on the DVD itself).
However, because this is for a commercial product you might want to have your attorney review your use to be sure, though this is purely precautionary. You can find attorneys that specialize in GPL use by doing a Google search. They'll probably charge a few hundred bucks for the review. Basically you're fine if you don't
A) Recompile the app without the free player logo
B) Represent the player as your own
C) Redistribute without the license, and/or without providing a means for your customers to obtain the same pre-compiled player or source code themselves in the same form you received it
D) Or if you've modified the source, you must provide a means for them to obtain that source

As Gmccomb has pointed out you _should_ be fine as long as it carries the proper copyright notices, I would send an email to support@flowplayer.org to get confirmation though.
Alternatively Flowplayer does have a "bundled" license just for projects like this.
Cheers
