I read somewhere that when I purchase a commercial license I get 1 free support item. Why did I not receive this?

The licenses don't contain support items any more, but you can purchase them separately.

totally outrageous.
It was not stated clearly anywhere in the purchase process that support had to be paid for.
When I registered my domain, it simply said I could change it anytime I wanted. It did not say I would have to purchase a support ticket to do so at an extra $39!
