I seem to have run into problems trying to buy a commercial licence for flowplayer.
I am stuck in the process now, with frustrating a catch 22. It seems I'm not allowed to email anyone until I have a licence, yet I can't succeed in getting a licence!
I ordered the one domain version - went to the checkout page, gave my credit card details, email address, and it also required a new password for a paypal account, which I provided. This page was accepted ok. The next page then asked for me to login into paypal. I pasted in exactly the same details and password I had input on the previous page but the login was rejected!
It seems I can't email paypal either until I can successfully login there too! So now I'm stuck. I tried a paypal password reset but have received no emails yet.
Their automated customer service bot doesn't understand any questions.
What do I do now?
I want to complete this transaction and also ensure that my credit card details are safe. But everyone is hiding their email addresses!
