These guys are a total scam. It costs them 0$ to change the domain and give you a new key. Ask for your money back!

all technical information on the site is very clear and the player is the best one...
I can forgive them ..
but they should add a link with a small indication on how to proceed... not so clear

Just send us an email and we will happily change the domain in case you made a typing error or some other mistake in the domain name. No need for a support ticket for this really. The address is info /at/ flowplayer /dot/ org.

But you will need a new license in case you have been using the player in one domain and then start using it alson in another domain. The license is not transferrable from one domain to another in this case.

I was not upset by the $39 it deserves it... but rather by being redirected to a new payment without any clear indication on why I should pay or not...

I have a similar problem with the license domain, I have sent an email to info /at/ flowplayer /dot/ org but have had no response.

How long does it normally take for the request to be actioned.

Have a look at your Flowplayer account ;-) As this is not an automated process, this takes a little bit longer.

As what blacktrash said it takes a while, In my friend case he received an email for about 2 days I think having the same issue.
