Flash Versions and Lost Customers

Posted: Oct 8, 2010

Hi,
I'm seeing FP well in FF and Safari, but when I open my page in IE i get "Flash version 9,0 or greater is required". If I click the link it gives me "Flash Player 10.1 is not currently available for your 64-bit web browser" and takes me to Adobe Labs.
If I'm a regular guy on the street trying to view a video and have to go through this, I'm not going to bother - lost customer for me...
Is there an option around this..? Perhaps FP to work with a previous flash version..?
As much as I'm not an IE fan, many of my customers will be and I need to ensure they have a great user experience without having the annoyance of trying to find the latest flash player version.
Thanks
