When I have a custom label in the play button, or when play again shows up after a clip, there is a small gap between the pieces used to create that graphic. Its pretty clear here:

This seems to happen only at specific window sizes, 640x480 in this case.
If I specify a size on the play button, any size at all, the problem goes away:
