When we mouse over one button. it will pop up tips. and once you mouse out. tips should be disappeared.but if you did as following:
1. mouse over one button such as 'paly' button and rapidly move onto another button 'previous'. and shift rapidly for many times and rapidly move out screen areas. you will see some of button's tips does not disappear.

does anyone have idea? PS: I used flowplayer3.1.5 version
