certain download combinations give a 404 Not Found

I had luck in downloading one combination of tools, but not in another that I need:

  1. jQuery 1.4.2
  2. Scrollable
  3. Navigator
  4. Overlay
  5. Apple Effect
  6. History

yields 404 Not Found error. There might be still other combinations that do now work.

Seems to work now. Might have been due to a flaky WLAN (?).
