Remove the buttons from number fields Created Jul 15, 2011

Hi,

I'm not sure which nav buttons you mean? As far as I know, there aren't any created when using Validator - do you mean something like RangeInput or DateInput?

When i use type="number" for any input field, it creates a kind of up and down arrows that allow to increase/ decrease the value of the field!!
I'm using a mac and Safari, maybe it's different on windows!!

Do you have a link to a demo page somewhere, where it is showing the up/down arrows for you? I've tried the validator demos on this site, and none of them are doing it for me? Is it doing in specific browsers, or for any that you try?

as you can see the age and time fields have the arrows i talked to you about.
I have just noticed that it's displayed only in mac OS Safari and not FireFox!!

I've been having a play - unfortunately I'm stuck on this one, as I can't even replicate it in Safari on Windows.

Has anybody else seen this? If so, please post...
