Flowplayer not working with joomla in IE 7

I have a joomla website that i an working on and have not been able to get flow player to work right on this site. It works fine in firefox, chrome and IE 8, But will not work with IE 7.

The same thing is happening to my in joomla it works with firefox, chrome and IE 8 but not IE 7. Can someone help us with this
