We are having the same problem, but the MOOV atom of our files are definitely at the beginning.

Message shown in qt-faststart with our files:
last atom in file was not a moov atom

If opened in a Texteditor it shows the MOOV atom right at the beginning of the MP4-File.

Does anybody have another idea, what we could try?

We are using the latest flowplayer (3.2.7) and tests are done with Flashplayer 11.1.102.55 in Firefox 8 on Windows 7 Pro.

I just builded again a skinned and branded flowplayer at
http://flowplayer.org/setup/index.html

But I just get the following message, when I click on one of the example-links:
Your player is not compiled yet. Please wait for few seconds and reload the page.

I already tried this page a few days ago and if I try to look at one of the players compiled then, I still get the same error message.
How can this be?!

Ok, sounds interesting...
But would be good, if I had more than just two choices (HD/SD).

I was wondering if it's possible to achieve, that flowplayer show's a menu in the controlbar, where the user can select amongst different available video resolutions (like you know it from YouTube - 240p, 320p, 480p, 720p, etc.).

Are there other possibilities than generating a dynamic JS-File (as Virgil said) for the scenario NewEssexTheater posted at the beginning?
