rtmp->rtp using wowza dynamic stream convertion

Posted: Jun 17, 2011

As I know RTP is supported by iOs, and Wowza server has an option to convert live streamings from rtmp to rtp.

What I don't know yet is how to dynamically open new channels to reencode the signal (catch the rtmp generated in the wowza server and resend again).

Play/Pause on Player disabled, flowplayer-contents not all supported, and how to use it now?

Posted: Jun 16, 2011

I use the solution provided by DiNASTY, with some modifications, because somethings not works.

 plugins: {
    board: {
       zIndex: 5,
       url: 'flowplayer.content-3.2.0.swf',
       bottom: 16, height: '100%', width: '100%', opacity: 0.0, borderRadius: 0, onClick: function() { return false; }
       },
    controls: { zIndex: 10, background: '#000000', height: 16 }
    },

What are the maing problems?

1.- Tried to use 100% width/height for content, but z-index not worked.
2.- Tried to use transparent background for content, but neither works, is not supported even content documentation says the opposite. (backgroundColor: rgba(0,0,0,0.0) ; backgroundColor: false ; backgroundColor: null).

That is why I put the content above the area used for controlbar, and use opacity set to 0.0.

Now ¿How to view if I want to use content area to write something?

Maybe...

And just maybe. I am testing it because same problem.

1) Validate onBeforePause against z-index. If = 0 (player) return false else (is controlbar) take action.

2) Use external controlbar (outside player) and disable only inside player.

3) Disable the area of player for clicks via jquery, leaving the size of controlbar free of it.

ffserver

Posted: Apr 30, 2011

I was reading that the new version of ffserver (the same one of ffmpeg) supports rtmp; maybe using a pipe (rtsp->rtmp and rtmp->rtsp) from and to CDN.

My interest is that rtsp is supported by quicktime (iOs devices), while rtmp not.

No longer here

Do you have an alternative website?

Invalid or Deleted File.

The key you provided for file download was invalid. This is usually caused because the file is no longer stored on Mediafire.

As I understand, the key validation works using the actual IP where is inserted the player (Remote ip enviroment var) instead of the IP where the player is stored (Local ip enviroment var); that is why the watermark still appears.

» Removing "flowplayer" watermark in commercial license

Posted: Jan 20, 2011

Well ... it didn't work

We are using flowplayer.commercial-3.2.5 with smil, rtmp and viralvideos plugins.

We tryied changing the key #@xxxx to different combinations #xxxx, @xxxx, xxxx but no one hides the watermark.

Any idea? Or the "suppress first characters" only works for previous versions?

Anssi: How can you correct this issue so the logo does not appear in the commercial license? The former versions were fine but the 3.2.5 has this issue, many of us will be very appreciative to get the answer on how to fix this issue. Thanks,

Oscar

Same Issue - Commercial license shows Flow player logo

Posted: Jan 11, 2011

Our company has had this issue too, we bought the commercial license to allow us to use FlowPlayer on multiple domains.

Where did you paid the $39 to get it fix? After all that money for the commercial license, I will be happy to share what you paid to fix mine. My e-mail onuncio@yahoo.com
