The problem seems to occur when part of the tooltip overlaps the trigger (for example, maybe the drop shadow portion of a PNG). So far only reported while using effect property (e.g. slide).

1. Move your mouse slowly onto the trigger on the same edge that the tooltip appears
2. The tooltip appears, partially under your mouse.
3. As you continue moving your mouse toward the center of the trigger, you mouse out of the tooltip, which closes it.

This is especially an issue with small triggers, where the user isn't as likely to get their mouse out of the way of the tooltip by the time it appears.

Yes! Has this bug still not been resolved? Renderes the slide effect kind of useless, doesn't it?

I'm using FlowPlayer 3.1.1 commercial.

Flowplayer is in an a tag, with an image inside to act as my poster frame. When a user clicks on the poster frame, flowplayer loads and the video starts playing. There are two loading phases:

1. Larger loading image, against black background, no controlbar
2. Smaller loading image, against gradient background, with controlbar

I would like these loading phases to both be against a white background, rather than black. Flowplayer is configured with canvas:{background:'#fff', backgroundGradient:'none'}, but this only shows up after the video has finished playing; the initial loading is still on black.

Suggestions?

I use Brightcove but in some contexts I want to embed with Flowplayer instead of Brightcove's native player. Does anyone know if/how I can pull the FLVs from Brightcove's streaming server (like the examples on this site that pull from Blip.tv)?

I've tried intercepting the link with Video Download Helper addon for Firefox, but Brightcove seems pretty good about stopping that kind of grabbing (which, don't get me wrong, is a great feature of their service).
