I'm using tools 1.2.3 on my drupal-6 site. It works fine.
But when i'm trying to add jquery.uploadify (2.1.0), i can't see the swfobject functionality (which is included in uploadify), simply flash upload picture and then percentage of upload process, only <input type="file"> browse dialog.
In previous thread about "tools and jquery.ui conflict" i saw that it were the using of one function by both.
May be here it is the same case. But i don't have enough knowledge to inspect code.
And one more: drupal ajax- draggable forms in admin part are also disabled, when I include jquery tools
