As of TOOLS 1.2.4, I've noticing that using an tab anchor in a url doesn't select that tab. So if I enter the url:

http://somewebsite.com/#second

The second tab, defined with href="#second"
...won't be selected when the page loads. I've also confirmed this on the 1.2.4 demo page, located here:
http://flowplayer.org/tools/demos/tabs/anchors.htm#second

I'm testing on Chrome, Firefox 3.6.8, and IE 8.
