Hello,
I give up on trying to find out how to adjust scrollable thumbnail speed.

Can someone show me an example that uses same default easing method but speed needs to be slower.

You have the options speed an interval, there you can manage the speed of the scroller!

I can change the speed for buttons and navigation actions. I mean that this option is not work for mousewheel scrolling speed.

How can I change the speed of scrolling with the mousewheel?
