I've only verified this in FF/Mac so far. If your browser is set to a small window (say 800x600) and you display a page such as http://flowplayer.org/tools/demos/overlay/external.htm where you get scrollbars when the overlay displays, then the expose area does not extend to the bottom of the page. There is a large uncovered area at the bottom of the page.
This issue also occurs if your page size grows dynamically through user interaction. I have a page where the user can add content to it by clicking a button. My overlay trigger is at the bottom of the page. If the overlay trigger is clicked after content has been dynamically added to the page, then the expose area will not continue to the bottom of the page.
