if you look at (say) the "loading external pages via overlay" demo in Opera 10, you will see that the borders to certain elements sit on top of the overlay. Don't know if this is a bug in Opera or in your Tools.

Also, the standalone version of the basic overlay demo seems not to be working. I tested it in Opera 10 and Firefox 3.5.3. I click on the pictures, but no overlay appears.
