FlowPlayer is a Flash media player. You can use it on your HTML pages to play video files. "It is your personal YouTube".

Other formats such as mpg, mov, avi and wmv are also supported but they must first be converted to FLV, or to a H.264 encoding. H.264 offers the best video quality in smallest filesize.
